True Colors Creative is a Las Vegas-based photography and videography team documenting Western weddings, ranch celebrations, and elopements throughout the American West.
Western doesn’t have to mean one thing. A ranch under an open sky. A tiny desert ceremony. Boots, horses, neon, fringe — or none of the above.
What matters is that it feels like you.
We look for the moments that actually happen: the laugh you didn’t plan, the wind catching your veil, the quiet second before everything gets loud again.
Ranches, barns, private properties, outdoor ceremonies and full wedding weekends. We’ll document the traditions you care about, the people who make the day what it is, and all the good stuff that happens between the scheduled moments.
Fewer people doesn’t mean less story. Bring your boots, your vows and whatever makes the day yours. We’ll help you make room for the landscape without turning your elopement into one long photoshoot.
We’ll make the portraits. We’ll photograph the boots, the flowers and the place settings.
But the photographs we’re always looking for are the ones you couldn’t have put on a shot list.
Your dad trying not to cry. Your best friend losing it on the dance floor. Somebody sneaking away for five quiet minutes. The look between you right before the ceremony starts.
Photography holds onto the split second. Video brings back the movement, voices and atmosphere around it.
You can book photography, videography or both. When you choose both, we coordinate the coverage as one creative team so photo and video work together without taking over the day.
Our approach stays the same either way: pay attention to what’s actually happening, give the day room to breathe and tell the story with an editorial eye.
Some Western weddings happen close to home. Others take us a few hundred miles down the highway.
True Colors Creative is based in Las Vegas and travels for Western wedding photography and videography throughout the American West.
Across the Southwest, that might mean a desert elopement in Southern Nevada, a ranch wedding in Arizona or New Mexico, a celebration in Southern California, or a wide-open wedding in West Texas.
Through the Rocky Mountain West, we travel for weddings in Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, Idaho and Northern Nevada — from working ranches and mountain towns to barns, private properties and places well beyond the usual venue list.
And across the Great Plains, we photograph Western weddings and celebrations throughout North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas and Oklahoma.
Planning somewhere we haven’t photographed yet? That’s not a problem. Tell us where you’re headed and we’ll take it from there.
Yes. We photograph everything from full wedding days at ranches and barns to intimate elopements with just the two of you. The size of the celebration changes the schedule — not how seriously we take the story.
Absolutely. Las Vegas is home, but we travel for weddings and elopements throughout the West and beyond. Tell us where you’re planning and we’ll talk through the logistics with you.
Yes. You can book photography, videography or both. When you choose both, we coordinate the coverage as one creative team so photo and video complement each other instead of competing for moments.
Yes. Ranches, barns, farms, private properties and outdoor venues are all part of the environments we photograph. We’ll talk through lighting, timing and any location-specific considerations during planning.
Of course. Western isn’t a dress code. Your wedding can be glamorous, understated, colorful, vintage, modern, rustic, editorial — or something we haven’t seen before. We’re more interested in what feels like you than whether it fits a theme.
Yes. We’ll help shape photography and video coverage around your ceremony, portraits, venue, available light and the parts of the day that matter most to you.
For ranches, barns, private properties and outdoor venues, we’ll also account for travel between locations, sunset timing and changing light so photography fits into the day instead of taking it over.
Yes, when availability allows. NFR week gets busy in Las Vegas, so if you’re planning a wedding, elopement, proposal or couple’s session during that period, reaching out early is a good idea.
Yes — regularly. We work with both the organizations hosting events and the planners, producers, exhibit houses, AV companies, venues, and experiential agencies supporting them. We can work directly with the end client or as part of your event team, depending on how you prefer to structure the relationship.
Our pricing is transparent and has remained unchanged since 2020. Our Corporate Services Guide includes published starting rates for photography and videography, but every event receives a custom quote based on the schedule, staffing, location, and deliverables. Think of the guide as a starting point—we’ll build the final coverage plan around what your event actually needs.
Turnaround depends on the scope of the project, but full photography galleries are typically delivered within 1–2 weeks, while video projects are typically delivered within 3–6 weeks.
For multi-day events, we also deliver at least 30–40 photos from each event day so your team has fresh content available while the event is still happening — perfect for social media, recaps, internal communications, sponsor visibility, and other real-time needs.
Need everything sooner? Expedited turnaround is available for an additional fee for both full photography galleries and video deliverables. Let us know your deadlines during planning and we’ll build the delivery schedule around what your team needs.
Absolutely. We’re happy to work from your priorities, run-of-show, sponsor requirements, brand standards, and must-have shot list. At the same time, our approach goes beyond checking boxes — we look for candid interactions, atmosphere, and the in-between moments that help the final gallery actually tell the story of the event.
Yes. We’re insured and can provide a certificate of insurance when required by your venue or organization.
